Andorra 2026: Transhumance

This Andorran 2 euro commemorative coin pays tribute to transhumance, an age-old pastoral tradition involving the seasonal movement of livestock between the valleys and mountain pastures of the Pyrenees. The design features a shepherd with his dog, a sheep and other farm animals, set against a mountain landscape that reflects Andorra’s rich pastoral history and cultural heritage.
